Join me online, safely from the comfort of your home every Monday evening at 8pm for eight consecutive weeks.
Each week, I will guide you through different pranayama technique and a 60 minute mindful flow practice. These classes are geared towards anyone who is looking to unwind and connect with their hearts at the end of the day. After class stick around for a live-guided meditation (body scan) or catch it later with the replay.
These 8 classes will be recorded each week and emailed out exclusively to you; so don't worry if you miss a practice you can replay it at another time!
