My goal as your instructor is to find poses that everyone, at all levels will be able to do, and poses that counteract sitting at a desk all day. My intention is to make sure that attendees always feel safe, while absorbing the benefits of stretching out and lengthening all areas of their body that might get constricted by sitting at a desk most of the day doing computer work, or by opening parts of the body that feel stuck due to repetitive movements like working in a factory.
